Store Details
Enable and configure the payment methods customers can use. Only enabled methods appear at checkout.
Sort Priority
Choose up to 3 sort criteria in priority order. Products on the shop page will be sorted by the first criterion, then the second as a tiebreaker, and so on.
Alert Threshold
Products with stock at or below this number will be highlighted in yellow in Inventory and trigger the low stock alert banner. Set to 0 to disable low stock warnings (out-of-stock alerts always show).
Allow Order Reservations
When enabled, customers can reserve an order by paying a partial deposit upfront. Set the deposit rate — e.g. 50% means the customer pays half now and the balance on delivery/pickup.
Location-based Delivery Fees
Add each delivery area with its corresponding fee. Customers choosing "For Delivery" will pick a location and the fee will be added to their order total. Leave empty to offer free delivery.
Manage Promo Codes
Create codes customers can enter at checkout to get a discount. Choose percent off (e.g. 10%) or a fixed amount off (e.g. ₱100 off).
Change Admin Password
Co-Admin Accounts
Create extra admin accounts with limited permissions. Co-Admins can only access the modules you enable for them.
On-Screen Alert Popup
When you are logged in as admin, a big on-screen popup appears whenever a new event arrives during polling. Pick which events trigger a popup.
Reset Data
Permanently deletes all orders, accounting entries, chat messages, cash count records, and all customer records. Products, settings, and customizations are not affected. You will be asked to confirm your admin password before proceeding.
🧹 Reset All Products
Permanently removes every product record system-wide — active, hidden, deleted, lost, archived, recovered, and any orphaned records — along with all images, stock data, price overrides, and metadata. Orders, accounting, settings, and customizations are not affected.
Edit all text and images shown on the main storefront page. Changes sync to all devices instantly.
